INFORMATION

How is your request handled?

The form helps you prepare a service enquiry to share on WhatsApp. This page explains how the process works.

1. Your details are prepared on your device

Your service, addresses, date, time and other details are processed in browser memory while the page is open. No booking record is created on the server. Form fields are not sent to analytics services or saved in cookies or persistent browser storage. Refreshing the page or changing language clears the details you entered.

2. You choose when to open WhatsApp

“Review request” prepares the summary. When you choose “Open in WhatsApp”, the request text is passed to WhatsApp through the text parameter of its link. The text may appear in that external URL and browser history. The site does not send messages automatically; you send the message in WhatsApp. WhatsApp’s own data handling terms also apply when you use that service.

3. A request is not a booking

Completing the form, preparing a draft or opening WhatsApp does not create a booking. Pricing, availability, scope and service details are finalised by mutual agreement on WhatsApp. Valet is available only within Alanya district. The first 10 km cost TRY 500; the portion from 10 to 15 km adds TRY 100 per kilometre, prorated (12.5 km = TRY 750). Journeys over 15 km require a quote. Distance follows a driving route between the two selected points; no price estimate is produced when distance is unavailable. Courier covers Alanya and Manavgat; VIP transfers and hourly or 24-hour-plus chauffeur hire can be requested across every city in Türkiye.

4. Share only what is needed

The form does not ask for your phone number, email, account or identity details. You may enter a neighbourhood, hotel or full address. You can type addresses or open the map picker to search for neighbourhoods, hotels and streets. The selected coordinates and a Google Maps link are added to your message draft. A reverse lookup may describe a nearby record, so check the address and building entrance yourself. A place appearing on the map does not confirm service coverage or availability. Please do not include identity documents, payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information in notes. Using “Copy message” copies the text to your device’s clipboard.

5. Technical access and scope

Normal web requests are made to the server to load pages and images. The hosting provider may keep access logs; the actual server logging policy needs to be verified at deployment. This site uses no third-party analytics. Opening the map picker loads OpenStreetMap tiles; the provider can see your IP address and the area viewed. Address searches send the query, selected area centre and language preference to Photon/komoot. Selecting a map point sends its coordinates to Photon to look for a nearby address. “Use my location” requests device location permission only when clicked; if granted, the coordinates are used for that nearby-address search. A limited search and API response cache stays in the open page’s memory. Map images may enter the browser’s normal HTTP cache. Opening a Google Maps link shares the coordinates with Google; the Google Places API is not used. Providers apply their own data handling terms. The service images are AI-generated representative scenes and do not depict Voynla’s actual fleet or team. Selected valet map points are checked on your device against OpenStreetMap’s Alanya district boundary. This data helps check the service area; it is not an official boundary survey. Coverage for manually entered addresses is confirmed in conversation.

6. Business information and contact
